She mounted D It at the starting gate, and fixed her reins. She took a deep breath and then cued Do it into a fast gallop. She came to the first fence, she slowed him a bit. But Do It made it in perfect form. Then she came to the next fence, that he bounded gracefully over. She went half way through the course, when Do it collasped. He galloped up to a tall fence, that had always been a challenge for him. Cheyenne gripped the reins tightly. Then she was thrown forward. do It's chest caught on the top. She let go of her reins and flew out of the saddle. Do It fell backwards onto his side. Cheyenne fell face down. She was dazed and confused. She got to her feet, wary. She brushed the dirt from her clothes, and wiped the dirt off of her face. She turned and seen her dream horse laying crippled on his side. 'Oh! Boy, are you okay?" She jgged to his head and knelt down. His eyes were half closed. She stroked his neck, she was too dizzy and hurt to walk back to the stable. Slowly, the sun sunk under the mountians, she fell asleep leaning against the fence. Her horse laid lifeless. Then in the brush next to her, rustling of a large animal trashing through awoke her. She seen large glaring eyes focused ion her. Then a loud growl echoed the scene. Her heart pounding, and her head spinning, she grabbed the reins. "Comeon, boy! You gota get up!" She tugged harder and harder, then out of fear she slaped his neck. Doing anything to get him to his feet. But the white horse never budged. She had to flee. To animal of large build, began creeping out. She would have to leave Do It. She scrambled to her fett and began running away, down the trail. she looked back and seen a large black bear standing on it's hind feet next to her horse. "Do it!" She screamed. The bear smelt the horse, but then began chasing Cheyenne. She ran with all her might. her sore muscles working hard. The bear still loped behind her. Then she lost the trail. the bear was gone, but where was she? She had never seen this part of the trail before. ((sorry its so long, LoLzz))
