Alex walked up to the start of the trail. He looked back to see if Cheyenne was behind him. He drew Trouble to a halt. The stallion shook his head. He wanted to run free. He pawed the ground, impatiently.

Do it walked up behind the black stallion. "Are you ready?" i asked. Do it was ready to go. and I was ready to go.

He nodded. "Ready.....Set......GO!!!" he yelled. The stallion knew why Alex was yelling. He half-reared and bolted with his rider steady on his back. Alex was used to the outbursts of the stallion. Trouble, as his name refers to, loves to run free and to cause trouble with other horses.

Do it lingered behind Trouble. Then galloped behind him. I seen the first jump in the distance. I slowed him so Do it could see it.

Trouble saw the first jump and slow ever so slightly. Alex pulled him up a bit. They would crash if he didn't. The first jump came close. Alex saw it was a double oxer made of logs. Perfect! I can impress her with good I am at cross country! He smiled to himself. He whispered into Trouble's ear over the thundering hooves. As he came close to the jump, he reassured Trouble with a pat and a nudge from his heels into his sides. Trouble shook his mane and prepared for the jump. He checked his stride, lead, and posture. He lept over the jump with ease and kicked out.

I tightened my reins and let Do it do the work. I watch Alex go over the fences. He was a wonderful jumper! Then I was distracted when I felt my horse take off over the fence. I held my brethe. i wasn't in 2-pnt. and I did the jump poorly. I hoped he didn't see me.

Alex looked back to see if Cheyenne cleared the jump. He noticed that she didn't go into two-point and just sat back into the saddle on the jump. People have off days.... He slowed down to a trot to let his horse have a rest for a few minutes. He looked back at her again over his shoulder. He really liked her. He hoped that she felt the same way. "How ya doin' back there?" He slowed down so she could catch up. Trouble was not fond of this idea but went with it.

I blushed. "umm.. I am fine yeah.." I slowed down next to him. 'Smooth move'. I thought to my self. "How about a swim in the pond over there?" i asked him.

He looked over to where she was looking. "Sure. That would be cool." Literally.... He walked Trouble over to some trees and untacked him. Trouble grazed beside the pond. He looked over at Cheyenne wondering what she would think of the act.

I tied Do It's reins onto a tree branch. It wasn't the saftist thing, but Do It would be okay. I slipped my boots off, unbuckled my helemet and sat it on the ground and rolled my riding tights up to my knees. Then i slowly stepped in the cool water. I didn't care if my clothes got wet. it could be kinda fun on this hot summer day.

He pulled his shirt off (oo lah lah) and waded in with Cheyenne. He looked at her and wondered why she didn't ask him about Trouble being loose. Most people try to run after him, afraid that he might escape, but he never did. Of course, when people ran at him, he reared and bolted. Trouble walked over to where Do It was tied up. He snorted.

((lol)) I didn't mind Trouble being lose. The entire estate was fenced with white fencing so he couldn't go anywhere. I came to where the water was waist high and then I dived down and touched the bottom. There was a cople of large koi that swam around mindlessly. I surfaced again."Omg the fish are so awesome." My hair was plastered down to my head. I could tell that I probably looked kinda funny.

He smiled and had an idea brewing in his naughty head. He dove and came up behind her. He lifted her up out of the water and said "Gotcha."

I smiled nervously. I hadn't ever been in love with someone like him before. 'What should I do?' I thought. I hadn't even been in a relation ship here on Stable Master. I put both of my hands onto his broad chest and looked deeply into his eyes. I was a little nervous because i had felt like an idiot in riding tights with messed up hair.

He smiled and glanced over at the horses to make sure that they were okay. He looked back at Cheyenne. His eyes flashed from the water relfecting the sun. He moved his face a little closer to her's.I'm in love., he realized. "There's a question that I want to ask you."
