ooc:continued from: stablemaster2.proboards74.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=rosemondhill&thread=1170613576&page=1bic: The echo of her petite hooves reverberated down the isle. She let out another shrill call, but could not find her mother or the girl. She looked back nervously at the two empty stalls, hers and her mother's. She cantered up and down the isle, nares flared to take in all the strange scents of new horses. She cried out again, eyes wide and frightened. ooc:anyone who wants to can come find her and interact, Faye is far off on a trail ride with Sin, so she won't be able to hear...she'll be back later...

Ashley came out of Tribal's stall and saw the foal move away.Grabbing a lead rope she attached it to Tribal Queen's halter and mounted up.Urging her forward she leaned over and grabbed a small halter and lead rope.Tribal flew forward and galloped fast after the foal.Ahead a log sat very high. The filly had moved around it.Tribal Queen flew faster and lifted herself over the 6.6ft jump.Landing neatly she pursued the foal. When they got close she slowed as not to run over the foal.

Harks flicked back to take in the sounds of a mare approaching, in a panic she fled, though at home she may have welcomed another horse's company. But everything was so new here. She darted around a huge log, through an opening not large enough for an adult horse. To her dismay, the mare crossed over it like it was no more than a twig in her path. She snorted, irritated, but with her attention turned to the mare she failed to look before her. She was so used to the flat lands of her native Louisiana, that even the most gradual of sloped hill was strange to her. As the ground rolled into a hill, she took a tumble, which she recovered from, damaging nothing but her youthful pride. Shaking the debris from her pelt she looked back up to see the mare and her human. It was useless to try and run further. Dejected, she lowered her dial, embarrassed that the older horse had seen her act so foolishly.

Tribal Queen walked up and nuzzled the foal. Her stomach was round with pregnancy.Ashley got off worriedly. If Tribal was hurt she would never forgive herself.Checking her over she made sure she was okay and made a note to go to the vet soon.Putting the halter on the foal she saw the jumps and realized they were on the Cross Country course."Shoot."she muttered.Getting up on her horse she led the foal towards the barn.
